ai ai ai

We were at the gym yesterday and I pushed myself to run for more than 30min this time. I managed to get to 40min and then PW the last 5 min. The problem is - today my right hip really hurts. I feel like an old lady. It has happened before - that it starts to hurt but today it feels like I can't move normally. What is wrong with me? I mean I'm only 25. Should it really be like this?
