My legs are in so much pain today. My personal trainer had me squatting here and there for about 40min. Goodness, I can barely get out of this chair without falling on the floor. We did legs last time as well and i was still sore from that when we started yesetrday but my PT decided that I wasn't worn out enough. Apparently because my feet are pronated (I lean inwards on my feet) I apparently compensate for that in my knees. So he had me doing squats and other awkward movements on the bosu ball - it forced my feet into the "right" position.

Since I'm going to Norway I won't be meeting with him for a while now. I will try to make sure to spend some time on the treadmill at the hotel.
